Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order but before the delivery of the product, by emailing us at ani@funnelsani.com

We will reimburse you within 28 days of the return request approval using the same payment method you used for the order.

Returns:

Digital Products are not eligible for returns and refunds due to the nature of the products.

Incase the product that has been delivered is not fit to use or not working for some reason, it is the responsibility of FunnelsAni to repair and/or replace the product with a working one.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds:

We will only offer refunds for regular-priced goods.

Sale items are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund or gift credit, depending on the circumstances.

In case of a refund, the refund processing time will be 7 business days.
